Very bad service. No air-conditioned, No shampoo, No microwave. Doesn't have anything
Absoloutely wonderful. Booked at extreemly short notice as my car broke down. Very cozy, cleaned very well. Staff were very friendly, kind and understanding and offered to help me out wherever they could. Cant recommend highly enough for a relaxing place to stay in Heyfield
Overpriced considering the facilities offered.For example, I could only obtain tepid water from the basin hot tap on arrival.
We travel to Heyfield every Easter for a sporting event, and I have to say it is always a pleasure to stay at the Broadbent and be looked after by Robyn and her team. It's a small motel but has everything you could want for a stay in the Heyfield area. I would recommend it to anyone.
This was a lovely hotel. Great service when we checked in and checked out. The rooms were very clean and warm and the garden is magnificent. Would definitely stay there again.
